Scotland Photographer
Beautiful Loch Lomond is my base, and over the last 15 years, I've worked with almost every significant business and organisation within Scotland's first National Park. I've also photographed many weddings and families.
Photography assignments have taken me to every corner of Scotland, and I love working in its incredible landscapes and vibrant cities.
Inspiring Loch Lomond
Back in Loch Lomond, I live and work amongst the dramatic scenery, providing me with so much inspiration. My love of Loch Lomond led me to publish a photoguide book, '101 Things to Do in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs'. This book accompanies my See Loch Lomond website, which gets around 1 million visitors yearly.
Sustainable Photography
My business has a sustainability pledge to support charities and not-for-profit organisations within the National Park. This pledge allows me to give something back to help protect the incredible landscapes that are so special to me.
Charitable Support
Over the last few years, I have been pleased to support charities, including Friends of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs, Loch Lomond Steamship Company, Drymen Community Development Trust, and Steamship Sir Water Scott Trust. The support has come with cash donations and free support.

Whether I am photographing a person, family, wedding, event, or business, my driver is stories. My authentic storytelling photographs provide
customerswith something special, often memories that will capture a moment and bring joy to those who see them in the years that follow.
A Varied World of Photography
What I love about my photography job is the rich, varied work I get and the people I meet through it. Over the years, I have photographed bands, models, TV presenters, food and drink, weddings, families, dogs, cats and horses!
Photography on Location in Scotland
You will often find me on boats, by the side of lochs, in venues, tourist attractions, and at events across Scotland. Scotland is such an exciting place to be. It's a beautiful place to get married, be photographed on holiday, or learn photography.
Photography Training Courses
Following many requests to teach photography, I created a short course, around 2.5 hours, called Take Better Photographs. The course takes place at Balmaha, Loch Lomond, and provides an introduction to photography and the opportunity to learn camera skills. There's a practical element, and those participating go home on their course with a series of stunning pictures taken around Balmaha. The workshop is suitable for all levels and capped at small numbers to tailor to those participating.
